The sauce shows vibrant fruit and spice blends which give this a truly memorable flavour and aroma. It can be used as a pour-over, dipper, marinade, baste, deglaze essence and in stir fries.
Try basting and marinating salmon fillets for 24 hours with a tablespoon of the sauce per serve; wrap in plastic and store in the fridge for 24 hours; then cook in a very hot oven or closed BBQ for a few minutes.
